Japanese guy marries a video game character. WTF???

Japanese man and his 'Virtual Wife"

I wonder what happened in their "Honey Moon"

Now for some crazy stuff, can you believe this dude? This is one of the most weirdest news I have seen in a long time, apparently it’s true aside from the fact that it’s some crazy marketing shit of this video game IMHO. Anyways this Japanese “loser” guy did married (though not legally by means of law) a Video Game gal and they even went on a honeymoon.

“The Japanese man, who goes by the gaming nickname SAL9000, found himself falling in love at first sight when he saw the pixellated image of Nene Anegasaki in the Nintendo DS “love simulator” Love Plus.  Like many other Japanese men playing the popular title, he wooed his sweetheart of choice, taking her out on dates (virtual of course) and softly whispering that he loved her into the Nintendo DS microphone.” from Dailytech.com.

What in the world is happening to human civilization? Seriously, kidding aside, this dude is a sad sad man for me. Your thoughts and comments are welcome, just leave your comments below.
